In over 12,000 square feet the Victoria location offers a large chapel seating over 130 people, private family room, a smaller family chapel and a private visitation room. We are also proud of the Arbor Reception Centre, a facility on-site that is available for family and friends to meet during visitation services and following funeral or memorial services.

Comfortable arrangement conference offices, selection rooms which give families numerous choices of caskets, cremation containers and urns, and a covered vehicle concourse for use during services in inclement weather, complete the public areas of the building. Throughout the building is a fully digital sound, video and closed circuit television system which allows us to customize music, audio and video requests for numerous functions that may occur simultaneously.

Behind the scenes are the security protected mortuary and remains refrigeration facilities, flower receiving area, vehicle maintenance, support offices, a records archive which details every funeral arrangement ever made at Sands, staff facility and a boardroom for company meetings and is also available for use by community groups. Full disabled access is available, climate control and parking for 40 vehicles complete the "picture" of what we proudly believe is Victoria's premium funeral home.
